Our service includes the following:
- Contract drawings and specifications
- Management of works
- Interior Decoration
- Preparation of sample boards
- Ordering and purchasing of fabric and furnishings at trade prices
Designed Interiors will provide services on the following fee basis:
- A 15% design/project management fee plus VAT will be levied on the overall cost excluding VAT of each project.
- Alternatively design consultations only are available at £75 per hour plus VAT
- All Designed Interiors' disbursements incurred in the provision of our design services, e.g., postage, mileage, parking and congestion charge will be recharged to the client at cost.
- Payment Terms: Payment will be due within 7 days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices will be billed on a bi-monthly basis in advance. Invoices to be equally split pro rata in accordance with the approved budget and agreed period of works.
- Any changes to the original specification, which incur further costs or delay the project completion date, will be notified to you in writing and your written approval requested.
- All products supplied will be offered to the client with Trade discounts.
- If the costs incurred are less than the approved budget then the overpayment will be refunded within 14 days of the project end date.
- Any late payment will incur an interest charge at 4% above the interest base rates of Barclays Bank Plc at the relevant time.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event that the client decides not to proceed with our services our hourly consultancy rate will apply to cover the production of plans, schemes and schedules of works.

Penalty Clause: In the event that we run over our completion date together with any pre agreed variations, we will pay agreed penalty clauses as follows:
Duration of overrun Penalty 1 week Zero 2 weeks £250.00 3 weeks £750.00 4 weeks £1,250.00 Over & above 4 weeks £1,000.00 per week
